Mental health and couples counseling with a licensed professional of the healing arts.

• You can request to schedule to meet me in the community. Inquire about this by messaging me directly via email.

• This appointment is held through a HIPPA secure video platform (Teletherapy).

• At any point, clients may adjust treatment goals. Additionally, visits are once a week.

• Appointments are at least once a week. 

• This appointment is scheduled only after client has completed intake appointment. 

• Client will receive a email with video link 10 minutes before the start of the appointment with instructions on how to joint the video.

• In some cases, client may request a 60 minute appointment, if this is the case, it is recommended to do so within 72 hours before the start of the session 

• You will receive individualized care from me.
